Hi Y'all! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Bridget (they/she), and I'm over the moon to connect with you. 

As an actor, I've spent the past five years in Atlanta, and am a resident ensemble member of Stage Door Theatre,  although also bopping around to other stages around the city like Atlanta Shakespeare, Synchronicity Theatre, Burning Bones Physical Theatre, Alliance Theatre, Essential Theatre, and Georgia Ensemble Theatre. Nationally, I've has appeared with Cincinnati Shakespeare, Elm Shakespeare, Pigeon Creek Shakespeare, and many others. Finally, my original solo show, “Fat Juliet” has toured nationally and features my love of stand up comedy, Shakespeare, AC/DC, and the Lion King. 

Offstage, I am a passionate creative multi-hyphenate at the intersection of mental health and the arts. My primary role is that of mental health coordinator for theatre, TV, and film, working alongside organizations and producers of all sizes to bring trauma aware, resilience focused tools into their most challenging conversations.

Though Atlanta is my home, I have been fortunate to travel the country, and teach all over the world, to supporting humans in eleven countries and all fifty states engage with their most creative, most authentic self with humor, compassion, and courage.
